Beautiful FALL MOUNTAIN LAKE is located in the Terryville
section of the
Town of Plymouth, Litchfield County, Connecticut. The 30 acre lake is surrounded by approximately 300 properties.
The Fall Mountain Lake community is a special tax district, chartered by the State of Connecticut, and governed by the Fall Mountain Lake Property Owners Association. There is an eleven member Governing Board, and several committees.
There is also an active group of residents looking for greater accountability of
the Governing Board, and general improvement of the community.
